I started my career as an engineer who genuinely enjoyed building things — from ERP rollouts at SAP Chile to re-engineering supply chains at Cencosud and SMU, where I led technology projects exceeding $10M. The systems we built weren't just IT — they reshaped how entire organizations made decisions.
At Accenture, I spent five years as a Director scaling digital transformation across the region, managing practices that generated $28M+ in annual revenue. That experience crystallized something for me: the gap between AI's potential and its actual adoption inside boardrooms was enormous — and growing.
